Joan & Erwin – the pre-wedding session
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009Just before I went to Vegas, I did a pre-wedding photo session with Joan and Erwin that was way more in depth than their engagement shoot. I was so sad to be away for their wedding (which Jan shot in my place) so this took the place of the bridal photos we would have done that day. They both looked gorgeous, and I was thankful for our indoor locations because it was a bit chilly outside! We started in the beautiful Galt Museum, then went to Henotic Restaurant.
I am so happy with how this session turned out; I think it is one of my favorites. I think I was feeling inspired that Vegas was only two days away when I shot this!

Again, I am excited by the slideshow!
Zombies everywhere…
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009The posting frenzy continues!
Mark over at thebigcritique.com did a review of the video game Left 4 Dead, and featured one of my photos of the lovely undead Meaghan :)
You can read his review here, and see the “magazine” she is featured on.
Brenda
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009Now that the gift has been given, I have permission to post some of these photos ;)
(That, and I’m starting to catch up after being at WPPI in Vegas.)
Brenda did this photoshoot for her husband as a surprise for Valentine’s Day, and she was so excited about them that she had to show him a few days earlier! Brenda was so fun to work with, and I loved her funky hair… it wasn’t too surprising to learn that she is a hair stylist!

Dawn & Gregg – Slideshow
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009I am so excited about these new slideshows! I found out about them just before heading off to Vegas, and was further impressed when I saw them in use at WPPI. Without further ado, here is Dawn & Gregg’s slideshow! They had the Big Band play this song for their first dance, and I’m stoked they did that because I love the song and it’s a very unconventional choice :)
Dawn & Gregg’s Wedding
Thursday, February 12th, 2009I’ve known Dawn and Gregg for several years now, so it was such an honor to be asked to photograph their wedding. Gregg had wanted a big traditional wedding while Dawn had wanted to elope, so they compromised with a quaint winter wedding instead! I had a great day with them and couldn’t have asked for a better shoot :)
