Intimate Waterton Mountain Wedding [Danny & Stacey]
Danny and Stacey came all the way from Manitoba for their dream intimate Waterton mountain wedding, and they had such a perfect day! With only their parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews in attendance, the ceremony was really quiet and meaningful, and they choose such a beautiful day (no hail storms for once!). They were awesome to work with, especially since Stacey was totally up for scaling the rocks in Red Rock Canyon!
Congratulations, Stacey and Danny!
Their day was met with beautiful, open blue skies.
Danny and their families waited for Stacey’s arrival at the picnic shelter. Luckily there was just enough shade for everyone!
Just before Stacey’s arrival, everyone made their way to the ceremony location down on the beach.
Stacey’s mom and dad shared the honors of walking her to her future husband.
I loved that they used Danny’s motorcycle for signing their marriage license! It was such a great personal touch to their day to really show their personalities.
ALL the guests in attendance… a perfect size!
Danny’s father drove the motorcycle up to the Prince of Wales hotel so it would be ready for our photos there. We didn’t want a tattered dress and bugs in the groom’s teeth had they rode it there themselves!
(You can even see Danny’s dad hiding behind the bike in a few photos!)
The wind in Waterton can sometimes be frustrating, but in photos it can look so gorgeous! Stacey had such a great up-sweep to her dress from it.
After we finished photos in the town site, we drove over to Red Rock Canyon. The water had been cut off a little from the flooding, but there was still just enough of a stream to give the canyon its fresh iconic look. The great thing with them getting married on a weekday was that there were hardly any tourists in the canyon!
This is why I love my brides :)
Here is their slideshow!
