Mel, Brandon, and DJ came down from Calgary for some family photos and I had such a great time with them! Mel gets excited about photography so we kept up great energy the whole time, and even though he got in a bit of trouble for it, I loved DJ’s silly faces and awesome poses! At the end we got some AMAAAAAZING light (unfortunately due in part to the Peachland fire) – that was all in camera, and I screamed a little when I got that lens flare :) (more…)

Uh oh, the girls are now 2 and 3! This year we had to get a lot of action shots of them because sitting still just won’t do for Taylor! :) Maddie is so great at looking after her little sister, but I think even she can’t keep up all the time. JJ and Shaun are definitely honing their skills at wrangling the girls and I appreciated their patience while I chased everyone around through the leaves :) (more…)

The Ludwig family started out the day by making a difference and taking part in the Run For the Cure, and then surprised their mom with family photos to celebrate the day. On my last trip to the Crowsnest Pass, I met up with Jessica and Steve and their cute little boys Miles and Avery for some family photos. Those boys are a handful! They have tons of energy and I don’t know how their parents keep up :) We had a fun time playing on the Miner’s Path, until Avery decided he was done with photos! (more…)

Brenda’s children decided that they were long overdue to update the family photos (seeing as how it had been around 10 years since the last ones), so they treated her to a session with everyone! With a new grandson and one daughter about to move across the country, it was the perfect time to get everyone together. They were so full of energy and fun to photograph! (more…)

For Albert and Vivian’s 50th wedding anniversary they were able to get nearly their whole family together for a wonderful photo session.
