It’s once again time for the Sun Times Best of the Best business contest! Please show your support by voting for me under Best Photography Studio (under the Services section).
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and boudoir photos make the perfect gift for your special someone. If you don’t have a special someone, they are also a great way to celebrate how beautiful you are!
For $300 + GST, this new boudoir package includes:
Boudoir portrait session (one hour)
Custom designed photo presentation box
Favorite 10 mounted images (5×7″) of your choice
10% off additional print orders 30 days after proofs posted
The photos can be taken at your house or at another location of your choosing. All orders must be placed by Thursday, January 26th to be ready by Valentine’s Day, with photo sessions completed by Saturday, January 21st.
All Christmas cut-off dates have now passed. Also, there are no more openings for sessions before Christmas, so thank you for all the support! I will begin taking sessions again for January.
Last week I had the priviledge of attending DrupalCon Chicago, a nearly week long conference dedicated to my favorite CMS, Drupal (it’s what I use the most to build websites, and since I’ve only been using it for a little over two years I still have a ton to learn). I went with U of L web guys Trevor and Wesley. I have a lot of photos I want to post, so I’ll be breaking this into three blogs over the next few days. (more…)
Congratulations to Alisa for winning the $125 gift certificate!
Thank you so much to everyone who left the fantastic reviews. It’s all your word of mouth that allows me to keep doing this, and I appreciate all of it! <3
Updating my website galleries with last year’s photos is a daunting task, but in the meantime I’ve put together a demo reel for weddings. (p.s. This is the style of slideshow that comes with certain wedding collections, and can be added on to any other collection.) It’s way more fun if you watch it full screen :)
Give a review and you can win!
I need your help getting some reviews on Google Places, and to thank you, one lucky person will receive a $125 gift certificate for photography.
All people who submit a review (including your name, so I can let you know if you win!) before February 28th will be entered into a random draw for the gift certificate, which can be used towards any portrait session fees or prints. You can also re-gift it to someone you like!
2. Just below the photos, click on “Sign in to rate” (you’ll need a Google account to submit a review, but you don’t need a Gmail address to have an account).
3. Leave a review including your name (you can skip last name if I can easily identify you otherwise).
4. Don’t worry if your review doesn’t show up immediately; Google takes a while to approve it.
