Melanie and Doug came in from the Crowsnest Pass with their adorable boys Landon and Pearson, and we had quite a stroke of luck… during the photos it was warm and beautiful outside, but just a few hours later a horrible wind storm hit and my area of town was nearly evacuated for risk of fires! I’m very glad they had time in the morning for photos!

The boys did great (thanks to a few breaks where they could frantically run around) and Pearson’s toy truck saved the day in a few photos. It’s great to see brothers get along so well so that I can get them to hug without any fighting :) (more…)

The Korver family brought together their three generations for one large session and we lucked out with one last beautiful Saturday! I’m glad I brought Cam along to take candids while I was busy posing the groups, because the little cousins love the big cousins and everyone was in such good spirits :) (more…)

Bobbi-Jo and Ryan brought their blue-eyed cutie Dominic out to Henderson Lake for his first family photos. He fussed at just the right times (if a baby really must fuss) – just before we started and just after we got all the photos we needed. And talk about a photogenic family! :) (more…)

Jonathan and Valerie met up with me on what was probably the last hot day of the year for some engagement photos. It’s the nieces again! Taylor and Madison have grown so much in the past year – Taylor even took her first few steps on her own recently! JJ and Shaun brought them out for a morning of playing in the leaves and they are all so cute together. It’s so nice to see that the sisters totally love each other (or at least they acted that way around me!). It was great to see you all again! (more…)
