Photography & Design by Tanya Plonka Terms of Service

By purchasing photographic services by Tanya Plonka you are entering into the following agreement.

Tanya Plonka (hereinafter referred to as Photographer) owns all original files and unless specified, files are not part of any package. The Photographer retains the rights to reproduction of any images produced in connection with this agreement. Copying or reproduction in any form, unless released, of any photograph is hereby prohibited and protected under Federal Copyright Laws, and enforced to full extent of the law allowable. If the digital negatives are purchased, the Client will be able to make additional copies of the media and distribute them accordingly for personal use. Purchased images cannot be resold by the Client.

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs, the Photographer's entire liability to the Client for claim, loss or injury arising from the Photographer's performance is limited to a refund to Client of the amount paid for services. Because this is an uncontrolled event, the Photographer cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s), but will attempt to honour special requests.

Final image selections from a photography session will be displayed in an online gallery for purchase. Galleries will be online for 4 months. If an extension is required, a fee may be charged.

Images may be uploaded for personal use on social media sites (Facebook, Myspace, etc.) as long as the Photographer’s watermark is left intact or proper credit, including Photographer name and website address, are visible with each photograph.
