Sunny Lethbridge Autumn Wedding [Josh & Cheryl]
It’s a little harsh to start your wedding day needing an EpiPen, but Cheryl and Josh are tough and had an awesome day despite the rocky beginning (plus it sure adds to the quirky memories of the day!). We had perfect weather for a sunny Lethbridge autumn wedding, with beautiful fall colors to make their vivid wedding party outfits really pop.
After the girls got ready, we headed over to the Immanuel Lutheran Church on the west side where the minister worked awesome Star Wars jokes into the ceremony. The west side had so many amazing locations this autumn that we didn’t even have to leave it until it was time to go to their reception at the Italian Canadian Club :)
There were a few wedding party crossovers from previous weddings and as usual, they were such a fun group! Cheryl and Josh are amazing in front of the camera and you can tell how madly in love they are every moment they are together.
Congratulations, Josh & Cheryl!
To make the best use of their limo time, Cheryl and Josh rode the limo together to the church. However, it was important they didn’t see each other before the ceremony so they cleverly used masks :)
A special seat was saved in memory of Josh’s father.
Cheryl mentioned scouring the city for every pumpkin she could find for the wedding. I was happy to see a few of them made it into the church!
Josh’s daughter Aurora was adorable!
They were just like this all day :)
We didn’t need to get a serious photo of Josh ;)
Orange nail polish was such a fun detail :)
I loved that the girls had alternating petticoat colors.
On the way to the reception, we stopped at one of the beautiful tree lined streets by the hospital.
In keeping with the tradition of really awesome cake toppers this year, theirs did not disappoint!
I felt a bit of déjà vu when Journey came on ;)
Aurora loved dancing with her new cousin…
…and with her uncle…
…and, well, with everyone!
Learning the Macarena :)
Cam made a new friend!
I’ve seen some funny garter removals, but this one beats them all… they pranked blindfolded Josh by replacing Cheryl with groomsman Cam!
The cousins were the winners of the bouquet and garter toss :)
