Autumn Waterton Lakes Wedding [Kevin & Ashley]
Kevin and Ashley chose an amazing time of year for their autumn Waterton Lakes wedding; the park was nearly empty, beautiful fall colors lined the mountains, and it was still warm enough to get married outside. Even the crazy wind couldn’t spoil their perfect day! With each gust, Ashley cheered like she was on an amusement park ride because she was so happy to be marrying the man of her dreams.
There was so much joy throughout the day, especially at the reception. The speeches were full of laughter and they both had the hugest grins during their first dance. They are so perfect together!
They held both their ceremony and reception Waterton Lakes Lodge with photos taken throughout the town site and at Cameron Lake.

They started their day with an outdoor ceremony just outside the Lodge. It had beautiful views of all the changing leaves.
Kevin and Ashley both showed off their gorgeous new rings :)
We didn’t have to clear as many tourists out of the area as usual ;)
They made the most of their time with family that day by having all of their siblings in the wedding party.
We couldn’t stay at the lake front for too long because sheets of water were blowing off the top of the lake!
Ashley’s dress looked amazing billowing in the wind.
The boat had perfect timing :)
With Red Rock being closed for seasonal construction, we went to Cameron Lake instead. It was so tranquil and secluded there for them now that it was the off season. (Plus no wind!)
We found where all of the yellow leaves in Waterton were hiding :)
This path is my favorite place in the whole park :)
Their adorable owl wedding cake was done by Cakes With Attitude out of Calgary. Ashley loves owls so the reception was themed around them :)
Their favors were homemade preserves and s’mores.
