Gate Lethbridge Autumn Wedding [Graham & Andrea]
I’m so happy Andrea and Graham kept me in mind so long for their photography and I was able to photograph their Gate Lethbridge autumn wedding! Despite the many years they have already been together, their love feels so fresh and new and I love how sweet and emotional they are together. It’s just too bad their kitty Henry couldn’t have been in the wedding party ;)
Their ceremony was held at The Gate in downtown Lethbridge, which was conveniently close to both their portrait and reception locations. They loved the modern, bright feel of Casa so we did most of the portraits inside the art building. All of the colors there worked perfect with the gray suits and purple accents in their wedding attire.
Afterwards they had their reception at Anton’s Ballroom in the Lethbridge Lodge, which was filled with gorgeous natural light on this warm day and, of course, so much joy from them and their guests :)
Congratulations, Graham and Andrea!
Ceremony venue: The Gate

This bobby pin fell out of Andrea’s hair on their first date and Graham had held onto it this whole time :)
Andrea chose a gorgeous full princess dress.
Their cat Henry wasn’t too bothered by the wedding day activities.
Andrea entered the ceremony by descending the stairs so Graham could catch a glimpse of her before she reached the aisle.
They lined their aisle with real candles.
Graham’s mother and step father performed an Irish ring turning ceremony.
We braved the wind for a few minutes across the road at Galt Gardens where the sunlight was so beautiful!
There are so many great spots in Casa :)
There were lots of jokes that day about how big Andrea’s bouquet was. She needed an entourage to pack it for her ;)
Andrea gave Graham this gorgeous engraved pocket watch the day of the wedding.
Graham used to bring Andrea peppermint patties when they were dating.
After the parent dances, Andrea and Graham had a special second dance. Graham had written a song for Andrea years ago, and had recently recorded it and played it at the reception as a surprise for her.
