Noah & Zoe | Lethbridge Children’s Photos

Thursday, July 26th, 2012

Oh my goodness, they have grown up so much in one year! I got to see Noah and Zoe again for some updated photos, and I love photographing these kids. Although Zoe cried through most of the session last year, this time went awesome, especially considering everyone involved was getting over the flu (myself included). I hope to see you next year! Michelle | Lethbridge Graduation Photos

Thursday, May 24th, 2012

Michelle is graduating from the University of Lethbridge this month and came back down a few weeks early to have her graduation photos done. I only hung out with her and her boyfriend Andrey a handful of times while they still lived in Lethbridge, but we have been awesome online friends for so long now, so I had so much fun! Along with her parents, we hiked through the coulees on a beautiful afternoon and made sure to incorporate Lethbridge’s biggest landmark in her photos.

Congratulations on your achievement, Michelle! (more…)

City of Lethbridge Spring Photos

Thursday, May 3rd, 2012

This is the second installment of photos for the City of Lethbridge, featuring my favorite season, spring! (You can see the first post, winter, back here.)

Last year we had a beautiful spring with warm weather and tons of blossoms, so taking photos was a breeze! Though we had a number of cloudy days, there were enough blue skies to offset them. (more…)

Darcy and Jordan, engaged in Lethbridge

Monday, May 23rd, 2011

Darcy and Jordyn were in need of some engagement photos, and much to my delight Jordyn was willing to go to my “difficult” location I picked out. The two of them trekked with me through fences, thistle, and some questionable graffiti all for the art :) These two are super cute and were so easy to work with (and pretty easy to convince that their awkward feeling poses were actually making them look awesome).

We were all absolutely soaked by the end of the photography session as we got stuck in a sudden downpour, but I’m so glad they braved the looming clouds. Thanks for trusting in me, and sorry about the wet clothing :) (There is nothing quite like having to peel off items after a photo session!) (more…)

Don and Anna’s Wedding, Lethbridge

Saturday, May 29th, 2010

I only became involved in Don and Anna’s wedding one week before it happened, and I’m so glad I was free that day because I had such a fantastic time with them! They had an intimate ceremony at St. Pat’s Church, which was full of endless cute and sweet moments, and despite a forecast calling for rain or snow, we ended up with gorgeous weather for their outdoor photos. They were both natural supermodels and I hardly had to provide any direction at all during the photo session. I spent most of our time together giggling at their antics; I love when people are willing to act silly :) (more…)

Amber & Ian

Friday, April 24th, 2009

Last Saturday I had the honor of photographing Amber and Ian’s wedding (with Michael Warf as my second shooter) and we had a blast with this fun couple! They are so cute and I love their goofy senses of humor, which I haven’t been able to get enough of since I met them last year. I was sad to only have a limited amount of time to shoot them, but we worked quickly and did tons in that time. Amber was a natural in front of the camera, but I think Ian did just as awesome as her (and he had doubts, sheesh!).

I hope you guys are having a blast in Thailand!
