City of Lethbridge Winter Photos

Monday, March 26th, 2012

As I previously mentioned, last year I had a contract with the City of Lethbridge to take photographs for their new website. I had a great time always being on the look out for photo opportunities, and wanted to post my favorites, by season, throughout this next year! These aren’t necessarily photos they chose, but these are definitely the ones I liked best and wanted to share.

Even though it’s currently spring, the weather seems to say otherwise so I’ll start out with all of the snowy photos, some of which were taken in April anyhow ;) (more…)

The Annandale House | Lethbridge Christmas Photos

Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

Over the next few months, I’ll be posting some of my favorite photos I took during my contract with the City of Lethbridge. Though I always loved looking at this house, last year was the first time I actually stopped, got out of the car, and took photos of it! Each time I go to Disneyland, I intend to blog my favorite photos but never get around to it… well, no more! This time around it was a challenge to find photos of things I have never taken there before, and with a few new Christmas elements and special touches around the park (along with some inclement weather), the task was much easier than I expected! Even though it rained quite a bit, it was nice to get away from the snow for a week and have a break :) (more…)

Very old flowers

Friday, October 29th, 2010

This is my sort of Halloween-ish post! I found these flowers at the university this week. They’re a little past their prime, but I still thought they looked beautiful in their own way :) (more…)

High Level Bridge in the fog

Thursday, October 28th, 2010

The other day I happened to catch this on my way to run some errands. This was a few hours before the huge mass of fog we had come in, and it was neat to see it starting in the setting sun. It was absolutely freezing out there, but worth sticking it out for these photos of the high level bridge! (more…)
