COVID-19 Photography Policies

Please note policies are subject to change without notice. All policies take into account the current government and healthcare recommendations. We are an immunocompromised household and will err on the side of caution in all situations.
Outdoor Photography Sessions
Outdoor sessions are able to carry on through increased cases and tighter rules thanks to the open space available, and photography is still on the permitted list! As per the most recent guidelines, groups outdoors must be limited to 10 people, including the photographer. All people at the session MUST be from the same household. I will maintain a distance of over 6 feet throughout the session, and if needing to get closer, I will ask your permission first.
I wear a mask during most of the session, especially while around larger groups, but may remove it while at a distance.
You are not expected to wear a mask in between photos.
If you are immunocompromised, please let me know at the time of booking and I will not remove my mask at any point during the session, plus will maintain a distance of over 6 feet at all times.
Indoor and In-Home Photography Sessions
Due to tightened guidelines and closures of public rental spaces, indoor and in-home sessions are currently not being offered for personal sessions.
Commercial sessions are allowed while following your business's capacity restrictions.
In Person Ordering Sessions
In person ordering sessions are currently not available. You will be able to view your photos and order from an online gallery. If you have any difficulty using the gallery, we can arrange a video call with screen share so I can walk you through your order that way.
To reduce person to person contact, all consults are currently being completed by phone call or video call. Let me know what you'd prefer when setting up your consult!
Reschedules, Cancellations, and Extensions
I understand kids may be sent home or families need to quarantine without notice, so there is no longer a 24 hour cancellation period for sessions. If you are sick an hour before your session, you are able to reschedule without penalty and I offer unlimited reschedules for portrait and commercial sessions.
I have a more detailed rescheduling policy for weddings available upon request.
Gallery activations can be extended by special request. You can have one 5-day extension with the $25 fee waived if circumstances prevent you from being able to place your order.
Product Orders & Shipping
I am currently not expecting any delays in product orders and shipping. However, my photo labs may shut down without warning. I will notify any clients with active bookings/orders if this occurs. Due to increased shipping demand this year, products shipped cannot be guaranteed a Christmas delivery at this point (as of December 8).
